Statement of agreement on the service level of the Sistan & Baluchestan Regional Electric Company:
1. Access to the subscriber service system is available for full time subscribers.
2. It is possible for users to access the system of offers, welfare services, deals and suppliers on a full-time basis.
3. The ability to register and process complaints and requests through the electronic services, complaints, and requests or questions and answers in full and on time, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day has been provided.
4. After filing a request or complaint, the result is followed up in the shortest possible time, and the applicant will be notified.
5. Communication with the CEO and Vice-Presidents of the company in the electronic services department is available.
6. This website will be available to full-time customers in case of necessary infrastructure.
